I'm listening to one right now, a SounDesign four-band affair. The bands
are AM, FM, MB, and SW. The MB is acautlly SW from 2.5 MC to 6.5 MC. Go
figure. And we'll have no MHz, thank you.

You went from solid state to tube?  I started with an AA5, a 1958 or so
