BlankThere are devices that are used for tuning antennas well up into the
GHz range. As Andy said, they are low power emitters. Mine had an analog
(printed graph) frequency range and the needle moved to show the notch that
the antenna best fit. I would then adjust the antenna to match the range I
needed it to cover. Unfortunately, I can no longer remember the manufacturer
of the device. It's been too long. (Sometimes this morning is too long!)
