[Scan-DC] Article from Post about Security at National Harbor

There's an article in today's Post about security at the National
Harbor development.  It includes a picture of the "command center."

The article mentions how if there is a problem, the security
dispatchers will know where the closest officer is through use of GPS.
 This might be accomplished through an integrated GPS unit on their
MOTOTRBO radios.
