[Scan-DC] Virginia State Police Lingo -- QT?

The Va State Police often request from the dispatcher a "QT," or often a "QT 
for court," after a traffic stop or accident. It seems to be a printed 
document of some sort that is faxed or delivered to the trooper back at the 
office, and I surmise that it is an official driving record that can be used 
as evidence in court. But I haven't figured out exactly what "QT" stands 
for. I suppose the "T" stands for Transcript? What does the "Q" stand for? 
Qualified maybe?
