[Scan-DC] Earthquake

I was very close to the epicenter of the Columbia MD earthquake in the
mid-1990's.  We heard a big bang, not boom, and thought the A/C unit
on the roof blew up.  It wasn't until we saw people from the other
nearby office buildings running outside and looking around that we
realized it wasn't just us.
