I went back over previous messages on the list to see if anyone had IDed 
"Fetter 1," which showed up over Tysons Corner and on the DCA and IAD tower 
freqs on the morning of April 25.  There had been speculation, but no solid 
ID.  I don't have one either.

Would appreciate an ID if anyone can come up with one.

As for one of the questions I unearthed during that search, you'll often 
hear fixed-wing aircraft on the DCA Tower "Helicopter" freq.  It's used by 
the radio station traffic-spotting aircraft, too.  It's a handy freq for 
the tower to use with anything that orbits around in or near the controlled 
airspace on a regular basis.
