Recap:  Very rainy wx kept local flying to a minimum.

1. VHF/UHF: ((Times are EDT))

0708- Panama 71 flt & Iceman 81 (F-22s, Langley)-check in w/GK (249.8; 
238.1; & 233.7). Both flts having trouble contacting GK for entry into 
W386. Panama 71 calls for check in on "clear" tactical and they
popped up on sqdn freq (276.675). Iceman flt on sqdn freq (228.175). Wx 
in W386 forces Panama & Iceman flts to cancel acty.
0748- Navy 501 (UC-12 7A1501, AOD PAX)-w/PAX approach (120.05).
0749- Navy JT 676 (C-9, VR-52, NXX)-calling Navy Andrews (251.5). At 
0800 land at ADW (118.4)
0752- Marine 474 (UC-35 # 166474, MASD ADW)-check in w/ZDC (133.9)
1143- DeeCee 13 (KC-135R, 459th ARS ADW)-w/Liberator CP (351.2) 
reporting departure from ADW.
1151- ???? 10 (unid tanker-call missed)-check in w/GK (118.125) for 
clearance to block FL240-260 for AAR w/Sentry 05 (E-3B AWACS, Tinker AFB 
OK)
1200- ???? 42 (call missed)-check in w/ZDC (281.4) at FL280 requesting 
direct to MCAS Beaufort SC.
1343- JOSA 87- w/ZDC (133.9).
1504- Dragnet (E-3B AWACS Tinker AFB OK)-check in w/GK (249.8). Advises 
GK that they have a correlation check previously conducted with Houston 
Center and will GK accept that as valid check?. Advises
GK that they have radio comms w/Dagger flt (F-22s, Langley). Dragnet 
confirms they are cleared into W386 for acty up to FL550.
1506- Sentry 61 (E-3B AWACS Tinker AFB OK)-check in w/GK (118.125) at 
FL210 off of Oceana VA.
1514- Sentry 61- w/Norfolk Metro (271.6) requesting wx for Tinker AFB at 
2330Z.
1517- Dagger 11 & Spad 21 flt (F-22s, Langley)-on GK discretes (312.3 & 
320.6) in ACM training w/Dragnet.
1614- Sentry 61-w/GK (118.125) advising that thunderstorm is blocking 
their exit route over Norfolk so they are asking for reroute towards 
Raleigh-Durham.
1658- Royal 50 (C-17A, 436thg AMW DOV)-w/DOV CP (349.4) reporting 25% 
training completed. Also w/DOV ap[proach (132.425) & tower (126.35).
