Since this question tends to come up from time to time, and we're in the tourist season, I've slapped together
a wiki article (with pix from Dewey...thanx!) that describes some of the tricks you have to use to get
a digital scanner to track the DC 400 mhz system correctly. The URL is:

As you can see we have pix from Win96, BCTool, FreeScan and ARC396. There are other digital scanner software
packages out there, so if you're using one of these, and would like to contribute a .gif of what you did
