Currently the 166.95 is a repeater at two locations, one at Cacapon Mt in Morgan Co WV that reaches the upper reaches of the park and another location somewhere closer to DC that multicasts the same traffic. The 168.3 is a multicast of the same previous two located on South Mt in Md. I do know that the radio service co is switching some of the equipment out on Cacapon Mt this week possibly related to the posts about the P25 traffic noted.
