NAC= Network Access Code. It serves the same purpose as CTCSS.
293 is the most common NAC. The unwritten standard is that if the CTCSS is 
103.5, when you convert to P25 the NAC would be 1035. If the CTCSS was 156.7 
the NAC would be 1567.
