[Scan-DC] New Sussex County DE 911 Center in service

Sussex County Delaware's new 911 center went into service on April 8.  For those who are beach-goers, all the Delaware Atlantic Ocean beaches from Lewes / Rehoboth, south to the MD state line, are in Sussex County (Rehoboth, Bethany, Dewey, Fenwick Island, etc.)
