[Scan-DC] UPDATE: Pope coverage (more)

Heard a couple radio techs discussing the patches in use for the Pope
details today.  One of the talkgroups -- M-A-1 (Mutual Aid 1) -- is
patched with the MPD SOD talkgroup.  That's the 59952 we heard today
on the UHF system.

M-A-2 was patched with another talkgroup, forgot what they said (seem
to recall another MPD talkgroup).  M-A-3 is supposedly patched with
one of the conventional 800 tac channels.  I listened but couldn't
figure it out.
