The original system, as ordered from Motorola, was supposed to have included 
GSP locators for all units.  It NEVER worked and the county just gave up on 
it.

They just spent a jillion dollars on the 800-digital radio system (which, 
except for the MDTs, seems to work reasonably well)... I wonder what this 
next round consists of.

(Maybe they're gonna wire Ike Leggett's $65,000 bathroom... his security 
people apparently fear for his welfare when he goes to 10-100.)
