[Scan-DC] Secret Service Convoy-MD 4 Southbound

So this morning about 9:30 I was driving past Waysons Corner on MD 4 
heading into DC when I saw in the other lanes a 25-30 car Uniformed 
Secret Sevice 'convoy' heading South.

It didn't appear to be a motorocade as there were no limos, no 
motorcyles, no cars with flags, nor were there any state troopers or 
county police.  Just about 10 marked units with 10-15 unmarked units 
and about 5-10 SUVs (some marked, some unmarked).  All had their 
lights on and they were taking up both lanes of traffic.

Maybe Cheney is going duck hunting or maybe they were practicing 
something (exercise at the nuclear power plant?  Continuity of 
Government exercise?).

Anyway--not sure if anyone picked up anything.  Was really odd.
