The plane was N7533V. It was escorted into Leesburg Airport by two 
F-16s and one Coast Guard helicopter. One male and female on board. 
The pilot simply got lost flying VFR to Texas and ended up inside the ADIZ.

Channel 4 and Channel 7 helicopters also showed up over Leesburg.
