[Scan-DC] 141.1 W/ PAT923 calling out to GULF FOUR ALPHA (G4A) heard from Southern MD.

I caught these today from Southern MD. Several of us have been trying to
figure out who this is that the aircraft have been calling. Can't seem to
figure it out. Hoping someone else can put ears on it and possibly help out
by coming up with some more info. PAT 923 is obvious enough but this G4A has
us baffled. We have had similar comms on the freq in the past. Usually from
PAT ####. And I have had them actually make contact and carry on a 2 way
conversion with a ground station. Last time it was to an ALPHA OPS.

13:00:56 PAT 923 calling GULF FOUR ALPHA for radio check (clear)
13:01:25 PAT 923 calling GULF FOUR ALPHA for radio check (clear)
13:03:41 PAT 923 calls out to GULF FOUR ALPHA (clear)

For none of the transmissions from PAT 923 was it apparent to me that he
made contact.
