[Scan-DC] Article in Post about Metro's Radios

There's a front-page article in today's Post about how the console
radios in Metro's new rail cars are not able to be used. Sounds like
the new rail cars come with the Motorola 490 MHz system radios
installed, as opposed to the current VHF frequencies. Because the 490
MHz system is not completely functional yet, those new radios in the
rail cars are not useable. The article mentions how the operators of
these new rail cars are supposed to carry around one (or two) handheld
radios to maintain communications. Obviously, these handhelds must be
for communications on the VHF system.
