[Scan-DC] "Truck in the water," 153.950 MHz

Very likely - that's out here near me (Laytonsville), I live right on the boundary bewteen them and the 2 Gaithersburg stations... there are some nasty low spots around here with creeks running through them.

Let's see if this goes through, the qthmailman was accusing me of being a spammer earlier.
