*** ADVISORY – THURSDAY EVENT ***
               * MAJOR TERROR INCIDENT EXERCISE *

(Washington, DC) – A major terrorist incident exercise will take place
on the grounds of Bolling Air Force Base on Thursday, February 21st.

The exercise will test interoperability and coordination between
responding agencies who would be called upon to mitigate a terrorist
attack on the Washington area.  This exercise will involve multiple
casualties and will provide responders with an opportunity to examine
the strength of mass casualty protocols for treatment and transport of
multiple victims.  Interview and photo opportunities with DC and
Bolling officials will be available.

It is important that all press wishing to observe the exercise be in
place no later than 10:15 AM at the SOUTH GATE.  Please advise of your
intention to attend this event no later than 9:00 AM, Feb. 21. No
media will be admitted without prior notice.
