[Scan-DC] Will the Real 378.1 MHz Please Stand Up

I have always been interested in ADW comms. I guess with all the gov in and 
out it makes for some interesting listening. One of the more interesting 
freqs is 378.100 MHz. The reasoin why is the different usage tags for this 
one. I have seen it tagged with so many usages, I have now waved the white 
flag. Does anyone in the area have a definitive tag for this one. I know it 
is CP freq and the current c/s in use is Griffin, but who does it belong to? 
Is there more than one unit on this one?

Any confirmed insight would be appreciated.
