[Scan-DC] Washington Nationals Probably Getting MOTOTRBO

Well, it looks like we won't be listening at Nationals Park, except
for police/fire.  Based on an FCC application, it looks like the
Nationals are going with one of the new MOTOTRBO systems.  Here's a
