[Scan-DC] FW: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

As of about 6:30, DC was working the following traffic incidents:

MLK Ave SE is shut down between 2500 and 2700 blocks for a 4 car accident
2 SB lanes of the 14th street bridge are blocked with an 11 vehicle accident
SB 11th street bridge shut down with a bus accident
12th street tunnel is closed due to ice on the entrance ramp.
