Then w/Pax River approach (281.8) trying to get into one of the restricted areas. Having trouble for some reason and asks if an incoming flt of A-10s (callsign Flyer) will have the same problem. Finally gives up and ask Pax River to hand them off to Dover approach.
0943- Cade flt w/Dover approach (257.875) trying to get clearance to Modena. Asks Dover to get clearance from Philly approach so they go into the Ravine (Kiowa MOA???). 
0944- Two acft (no calls noted) on AAR common (228.0) trying to arrange rendezvous times.
0945- unid acft (no call noted) w/Salty Dog Ops (250.7) w/PIREP for restricted area.
