[Scan-DC] Electrial/Radio Interference

I'm putting in a late night here at work and just heard a VSP trooper in the Salem division issue a query over the radio:

"Could someone tell me if there is some sort of radio or electrical interference tonight, because of the way the planets are lined up? I have a subject here with a burned out headlight and that is what he is blaming it on."

Pretty creative excuse to avoid a ticket . . .
