He's been circling over my area south of Falls Church (near the intersection
of Arlington Blvd. and Annandale Rd.) for about the past half hour.  I can't
see him due to heavy overcast, but I recognize the sound pattern by now! 

 

This is the first time I've noticed him in at least several months.
