[Scan-DC] Who is Montgomery NCR 713?

Hi Jeff, I see nobody else has posted anything on this - I can't add anything definitive, but by the number, one would think that unit, whatever it is, would be out of station 13 in Damascus.  Seems to me that I heard an MCR unit awhile back, was wondering if it could be that rather than NCR, but I don't know what that one would be either.  Not much help, but for what it's worth!  :)
