All --

While at WISP (Recreational Industries, Inc. DBA as Wisp) I confirmed
these frequencies from the FCC and the CTSS tones they are currently
using:

WISP (RECREATIONAL INDUSTRIES, INC.)
(3933040.3N/0792728.2)
461.8875 R [162.2]
462.0625 R [173.8] - PATROL
462.1125 R [162.2]
462.8125 D ?
466.8875 R INPUT [162.2]
467.0625 R INPUT [173.8]
467.1125 R INPUT [162.2]

Note the interesting point how they are using two CTSS tones as compared
to, for example, Liberty which uses one (151.4) throughout. The FCC
database only lists six frequencies, it does not list the input of
467.1125. I tried to get a CTSS tone wwithout luck for 462.8125 so either
it is a simplex frequency - the Fcc does not list a matching +5 input, I
missed the tone or it is something different. Additional information
appreciated.

Overall, WISP appears to not be very radio sophisticated for its size. I
did not detect a Ski Patrol dedicated pair, though I heard the Patrol
mentioned on 462.06225 - and searched in the 151 - 152 MHz and 464 region
with no luck. The operational talk was also very unsophisticated: "Hey
Pete, this is Bill" with no indication of a Net Control/dispatch or
control of the ski patrol, especially when I heard about the help needed
for a scared skier.

Not much else to do up here when the temp is 36 degrees F. and the slope
is getting slushy.
