[Scan-DC] Howard or Anne Arundel county?

Greetings to all,
I work on Cococola drive off rout 100 near Arundel Mills.
I am trying to figure out what county provides police and fire service on Cococola drive.
I know Arundel Mills is in Anne Arundel county but I've been told Cococola drive is in howard county?
Does any one know the answer to this?
Also, does any one know what channel one would listen for the police once we can determine what county police department covers the area?
