[Scan-DC] Arlington Working unknown situation, possible hostage issue

Arlington is working a situation in the 7000 block of Williamsburg Blvd.
Fire Dept was called out first, to respond to an unspecified possible
medical issue. When they arrived on scene, they saw a light go on and off in
the house, then heard what sounded like several shots fired inside the
house. PD are on scene now, have surrounded the house, and have called for
SWAT. They are attempting to make contact with the occupant. The house is
apparently both a home and office.
