When at Liberty Ski today I collected a frequency I had missed: 452.200/
457.2000. Tone: unk though I would presume if there is one it would
probably be [151.4]. The users referred it to 'Channel 10' Didn't catch
it when I reviewed the listed FCC frequencies a few days ago.

Caught it when a Liberty employee was standing near me in the lodge and I
wasn't getting it on my scanner. Switched to frequency counter mode and
caught it. Then when I looked it up on the FCC database there it was.

BTW, Hershey Lodge and Convention Center also use this frequency.

Then when I went to the National Zoo to see the Zoolights tonight I put
the radio into the frequency counter mode and caught the volunteers using
463.2500 as a coordinating frequency. After putting it into the FCC
database I came up with the following for the Friends of the National Zoo
(FONZ):

461.625 - D
461.975 - D
462.000 - R +5 MHz
462.225 - D
463.250 - D - used by volunteers at the Zoolights
463.975 - R
464.725 - R +5 MHz

D -Direct, R- Repeater

Judging by the listing I am assuming this is the usage. I did not detect
any CTSS, though I may have missed it. My scanner doe not do a good job
of catching CTSS nor can it do the other modes for privacy. Appreciate
any feedback if they are using any privacy subtones and what they are.

BTW the show was nice, if it is a warm night as was tonight, lots of nice
lights and some of the exhibits were open and opportunities to pay for
overpriced food.
