[Scan-DC] Montgomery County "Traffic Enforcement" units?

Twice today I heard a unit with the ID of "Traffic Enforcement 27" (or something like that, not sure of the number now, but it was Traffic Enforcement) on the Gaithersburg (6th District) police talkgroup...

Is anyone familiar with this unit/designator?
