If you will get a milcom-ready scanner from St Nick (or have one and never used it...) I have constructed a quick
list to give newcomers a taste of what is available here in the Delmarva. As this reflector covers a rather
broad area, so too does this list....

Remember a discone or ScanTenna, fed with good coax, is a virtual must if you're going to get into this game. That little duckie on the handheld won't cut it unless you're close.

The freqs in this list are available as a comma seperated value (.csv) file. This file type is importable using
many programs and/or can be copied/pasted using Excel. If you are interested in this file, please send me an
email (ka3jjz at NOSPAMnetscape.com -remove the NOSPAM to use, of course) and the files are yours.

This list won't be very usable for PRO-96/2096 users, I'm afraid. Those scanners simply don't cover the UHF
mil band out of the box, and even opened up, are very erratic in their coverage. Some work well, others are
deaf as a stone.
