[Scan-DC] KOREAN MONITORED IN BALTIMORE

A few weeks ago a scan-dc member reported hearing Korean while he was
listening on approximately 282 MHz.

The reason he heard the Korean was because of the first ever visit to the
Port of Baltimore by a South Korean destroyer.  The destroyer, Chungmugong
Yisunshin, and an attendant logistics support ship, Hwacheon, visited the
area as part of a round the world training cruise for the crew and the
graduating class of midshipman from the South Korean Naval Academy.
