Unid acft in W108 (255.0) requesting clearance for AAR in AR-636.

Rocco 61 (KC-135E 141st/150th ARS, NJ ANG McGuire AFB)-w/Torch Control (303.0) relaying for an unheard acft who has possible landing gear problem and is returning to McGuire from Atlantic City.
Crab 56 (C-130J # 97-1356, 135th AS MD ANG Martin State)- w/Potomac (124.55) cleared to Dover AFB for approaches (134.425).
SAM 1960- (unid, 89th AW, Andrews)- w/Potomac (124.55 & 128.35)  then land at Andrews.
CTM 0021 (id a heavy, French Air Force COTAM acft)- w/Potomac (124.55) then ZDC (134.5). Poss carrying French President Sarkozy back home after state visit to Washington.
Army 0052 (UC-35 # 00-1052, OSACOM Andrews)-w/Potomac (128.35) for landing at Andrews.
