[Scan-DC] Strange

Around 0800 EST while scanning, ran across a couple of South Korean speakers working on 282.8 MHz---somewhere in the Baltimore-Washington DC area. Hard to tell because it's cold this morning and it could be some VHF skip.

Signals were loud & clear and sounded like a couple of ground-based stations. My Korean is too rusty for me to pick out anything but a couple of words but it is definitely South Korean.

Chat lasted about 5 mins or so. Could've been a couple of ships in the Baltimore Harbor.
