I dunno, but yesterday I saw a 5D patrol car with a new LED light bar -
unfortunately it was not activated so I can't confirm the colors...

Anyone know anything about DCPD going to straight blue light bars.  My 
understanding is that DC Law mandates at least one red light.  Will 
parking and campus police now have to change?
