[Scan-DC] Washington DC CAP Activity on 260.9

Yesterday the CAP was manned by F-15C aircraft from Eglin AFB FL. 
Callsign was ARROW. KC-135 tankers were supplied by units from all over 
the country. CAP was suspended overnight. This morning, the first shift 
was done by F-16s from the VT-ANG Langley Detachment. Their callsign was 
DIAL. The second shift is currently being handled by F-16s from the 
NJ-ANG Atlantic City -- callsign COSMIC.
