That's a half-mile from the CSX mainline. Metro will come in too. The
Metro police are at 161.385 MHz. For CSX, try the old RF&P frequencies. I
never throw anything away:

These should work:

160.920    Union Station area
160.800    Old Virginia Ave. tower south of Union Station to the bridge
across the Potomac River
161.550    RF&P road channel (Potomac River bridge to south of the
Richmond
Amtrak Station)
160.410    RF&P dispatcher
....

Crew will probably use AAR channel numbers to signify a switch:

"Go to 46" for the switch to 160.800
"Go to 32" for the switch to 160.590
"Go to 08" for the switch to 160.230

Most comms will be on the road channels. If the engineer wants to talk to
the dispatcher, he or she will communicate on the dispatcher channel.
It's
best to scan both the road and the dispatcher channels.
