[Scan-DC] Alexandria FD Simulcast?

I'm trying to put together some good frequencies to program for the upcoming Gravelly Point Gathering - 

Weren't the Alexandria Fire Department dispatches formerly simulcasted on VHF - maybe 154.34 MHz?  And are they no longer doing so?  (It looks as if not, from a glance at RadioReference.com)
