Ya it is limit one per customer. I was reading the ruled and they seem to be
a bit lax.  So if someone steals a base tonight it's another free one but it
is to be handed out on a different day.

I think it might be 1 base per game.

I think you just get one per World Series, right? I mean, any more stolen
bases don't count?
