According to an article in the Oct-Nov 07 issue of Combat Magazine the MD ANG's 104th FS at Martin State Airport is upgrading their A-10s to the A-10C configuration. 

The first two A-10Cs 78720 & 79086 are already at Martin State. Others will be added to the 104th's inventory as they are upgraded at ill AFB with the hardware and software items that provide the A-10Cs with precision weapons capabilities.
