No, the train operations were held up by a different gas leak on Howard  
Ave., in Kensington, see this message sent around 3:48 from the MTA alert  
system:

CSX has reported a natural gas leak around Howard Ave. Kensington.  All  
rail traffic has been stopped on the Brunswick line until further notice.   
Updates will be sent out as information becomes available.  MARC tickets  
will be honored by Metro.
