[Scan-DC] Gas Leak in Gaithersburg

Montgomery County hazmat units are on the scene of a gas leak at West Diamond Avenue and Perry Parkway, near the National Institute of Standards and Technology.  Operations are on talkgroup 7-Charlie.  A contractor installing utility poles has augered into a gas line.  Gas company is on the scene, currently trying to determine the size of the line and whether it's low or high-pressure.  Avoid the area.  This is also in the vicinity of Exit 10 from I-270... unknown whether or not the exit is closed.  Repeat, avoid the area!
