[Scan-DC] Police Standoff, Fairfax County

Both channel 9, http://www.wusa9.com, and channel 4 are reporting that
someone is holed up in a Fairfax Connector bus at the Mt. Vernon Plaza
shopping center on Route 1south of Fordson Road in Hybla Valley. Channel
9 says the guy is a "murder suspect." Channel 4 has its helicopter
overhead. Expect channel 5 to send its helicopter too.

I don't know what the Fairfax Connector system uses for frequencies. The
following frequencies may be good for helicopters.
