[Scan-DC] Biowarfare Truck sighting

This morning I saw a long white 'rescue squad' like vehicle on MD-4 
South just past Andrews AFB.  It looked kind of strange, like a new 
rescue squad being delivered that hadn't been painted, but had all 
the emergency lights already on it.

I then noticed on the side in large letters MMTL.

Well, thanks to Google I've got an i.d. on this mystery truck

Mobile Molecular Testing Laboratory (MMTL).
