[Scan-DC] Arlington to P25--Update?

Anyone know an updated date/timeframe for when Arlington is going to
move to their P25 system?  First it was summer, and then I thought it
would be by the end of September, and now it's mid-October...

Arlington PD is simulcasting their Records channel (analog 33776) onto
the P25 system (TG 5), so I assume they're getting closer.
