I suspect it's an incorrect rumor... heard it from a friend who works nearby, but he was not a witness and he got it second-hand.

OTOH, the Montgomery County Fire and Police PR departments are usually pretty quiet about suicides, even sensational ones, and the local media sometimes follow their lead.
