Andrews Tower RE: [Scan-DC] C-141 at KADW

I'm fairly sure what you saw and/or heard was not a C-141.

At the time you quote, there was a C-5A (69-0013, 89th Airlift Squadron, 
Wright-Patterson AFB OH) operating with Andrews using callsign REACH 
866. The C-5A has a distinctive engine sound too.
