11175.0	Desirable: 2240 USB w/Puerto Rico in pp  (DSN 271-7179) w/Railman requesting RF 17 & 7C at his station.Desirable acknowledges strong signal on Order Wire and terminates pp. At 2255 Desirable initiates another pp w/Railman. Desirable advises they are unable to hear Railman on the Order Wire. Railman advises that they also do not hear Desirable and that station Andy Gumpp (sounds like) also does not hear Desirable. Railman advises Desirable to switch to RF16.
