Programming VASTARS is a waste of time, IMO.  About the only traffic I  can 
pick up here in western Loudoun is state police in Richmond.  Of  course, I 
haven't bothered to add the talkgroups for Corrections, Forestry,  etc..  From 
what I understand, it'll be a year or two before STARS is used  up here.
